Ingredients

  • 1/2red green and yellow peppers
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • 1 piecegarlic
  • 1/2carrot
  • to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice the ingredients. Fry onions and addin garlic when brown.

    Add in tomatoes, peppers salt and pepper. Let cook down. Add in your stock and cook for 2 mins

    Add parsley. Put in blender, blend till smooth. Serve and enjoy
