Steps

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until it forms a dough
You can either knead the dough by hand (or use an electric mixer) for 5 minutes
Place the dough back in the mixing bowl and cover with clingfilm
Leave to rise until doubled in size, about 45-60 minutes - 2
Knead the dough again for 1 minute
Divide the dough into 8 balls and place in a 25cm circular baking pan with one roll in the middle and the other seven in a circle around it
Leave to rise again until the dough has doubled, about 40 minutes - 3
Preheat the oven to 220 oC
Bake for 25-30 minutes
Remove from the pan and allow to cool before serving
