Mini katori chaat

Steps

Make dough with 1cup atta, salt, 1tsp sooji and water.

Roll mini pooris. Make holes with a fork.

Heat the appe pan, brush oil in the cavities. Place the rolled pooris carefully in each cavity so that it will take the shape of the cavity.

Cover and cook for 2mins on low flame. Remove cover and cook till crisp. The other side will cook automatically.

Fill with any fillings of your choice.

Take a bowl and mix boiled green matar, corn, chopped green chilli, chopped onion, namkeens, salt, chaat masala.

Fill the Katoris.

Healthy katori chaat is ready. 😊
