Ingredients

6 servings
  1. Marination=1 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1/3 cupcorn flour
  3. 2 cupcauliflower florets
  4. 1 tablespoonsalt
  5. 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  6. 1 tablespoonturmeric
  7. 1 tablespooncoriander powder
  8. 1 tablespooncumin powder
  9. 1 tablespoonchaat masala
  10. 1 tablespoongaram masala
  11. 1 cupyogurt or curd
  12. 2 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  13. Gravy=2 tablespoon ginger garlic grated
  14. 1small onion chopped finely
  15. Puree of 4 tomato
  16. 1 teaspoonsalt
  17. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  18. 1 teaspoonturmeric
  19. 1 teaspoonchaat masala
  20. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  21. 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  22. 1 teaspoonsugar
  23. 1 teaspoonlemon juice
  24. 2 tablespoonsmanchurian powder optional
  25. 4 tablespoonssoy sauce
  26. 4 tablespoonsketchup sauce
  27. 1 cuphung curd

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients of marination and add cauliflower then mix well and coat well.rest it for 1 hour almost

    Now deep fry it at medium flame

  3. 3

    Gravy=roast in some butter garlic and ginger and onion

  4. 4

    Make brown then add tomato paste and all the spices together

  5. 5

    Now stir at low flame and cover the utensil and cook it for 15 minutes

  6. 6

    Now add fried cauliflower florets and do not cook now just mix in tadka mixture

  7. 7

    Serve and garnish with spring onions

  8. 8
