Ingredients

  1. For manchurian balls----
  2. 1big cabbage finely chopped
  3. 1 cupcorn flour
  4. 1/2 cuprefined flour
  5. 1/2 tspginger garlic paste
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 tspground spices powder
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. For gravy sauce----
  10. as neededCorn slurry
  11. 2 tspoil
  12. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  13. 1 tspvinegar
  14. 2-3green chilli chopped
  15. 1big onion's julliens
  16. 1/2ajino moto
  17. 1big capsicum's julliens
  18. 1 cupcabbage grated
  19. 1 tspgreen chilli sauce
  20. 2 tspred chilli sauce
  21. 1 tsptomato ketchup
  22. 3 tspsoy sauce
  23. To tastesalt
  24. as needed spring onion to garnish

Cooking Instructions

    First of all take a mixing bowl. Put finely chopped cabbage in it then add ginger garlic paste, salt 1/2 tsp, ground spices powder, red chilli powder. Add corn flour and refined flour. Then mix and bind. Make balls.

    Take pan put oil in it and fry manchurian balls till light brown colour... Once it cool down again fry it on high flame till dark brown colour.

    Take 4-5 tsp water and 1 tsp corn flour make a slurry.

    Take another pan... Put 2-3 tsp of oil... Now add green chilli saute it add ginger garlic paste... Add onion and saute it 1 min.... Then add capsicum saute it 1 min then add cabbage mix it well....

    Then add soy sauce, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup... Mix it well.

    Then add ajino moto and corn slurry in it.... Add 1 cup of water and boil it.

    Now add manchurian balls and toss it... Manchurian is ready
