Take semolina in a bowl.Add curd.

Mix it well.Now add water slowly.Make a thick batter not to liquid.Rest it for 10 minute.

Take crackling ingredients.Heat oil in pan.Crackle the mustard seeds and other ingredient too.

Add crackle spices in semolina batter.Grease the idli mould.Now add 1 tsp baking powder in semolina batter.Mix instant.

Pour the batter in greased mould.Total 12 pi Idli will be prepared.

Steam for 7 to 8 minutes in idli steamer.See the texture it will cooked well.

Serve with coconut or mango chilli chutney.
