Ingredients

  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2 cupscarrots
  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 2 tspmixed spices
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 3eggs
  • 3/4 cupsoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes while greasing your baking tin.

    In a bowl,mix carrots and sugar then mix completely till wet.

    Lighly beat your eggs and add them in the mixture.Add oil after adding eggs and mix again.

  4. 4

    Add sifted flour,spices,baking powder and soda and fold in.

    Pour the mixture in the baking tin.

    Bake for 45 minutes.

    Serve with tea or favourite beverage and enjoy!
