Into boiling water add the pasta and cook. Strain,rinse and set aside.

In a large saucepan add vegetable oil and heat.add the onion,ginger and garlic pastes, crushed scotch bonnet and stir fry for 3mins. Add the salt, curry,thyme,carrot,green beans and bell pepper and stri fry again for about 5mins. Add the oyster sauce and seasoning cubes, stir well to combine. Lastly add the fried chicken parts and the cooked pasta.reduce heat and stir fry until well coated with the ingredients. Remove from heat and serve.
