Muhallabia with Dried Fruits (No Sugar Added)

Chop the mixed nuts finely with a knife.

Use a food processor to crush the cookies until fine.

Mix the chopped nuts with the crushed cookies and spread them as the first layer at the bottom of each serving glass.

In a saucepan, combine the milk, flour, cornstarch, coconut, vanilla, and honey. Stir well, then add the dried fruits. Place over heat and cook, stirring, until thickened. Pour this as the second layer into the glasses.

In a small saucepan over heat, combine the apricot juice and caramel pudding mix. Stir well and bring to a boil. Once ready, pour as the final layer and garnish with shredded coconut.
