In nonstick pan heat milk till a boil on high flame.

Now add ghee mawa to it, mix it well. Cook it for 2 min.

Add sugar to it again cook it for 2-3mins.

Then add milk powder and elaichi powder to it cook it till it comes to burfi dough consistency.

Grease the burfi tray.

Trasfer the dough to tray. Plain it by spatula tap it 1-2 time. Let it set for 15mins.

Garnish it with almonds. Cut small squares of it by sharpe knife.
