Ingredients

  • Brown rice
  • Carrots
  • Broccoli
  • Beef soup
  • Beef (sliced)
  • Onion
  • 2 tbspmirin
  • 2 tbspsoy
  • Bonito flakes
  • 150 mlwater
  • Miso soup
  • 1 tbspmiso paste
  • Water
  • Tofu
  • Seaweed Wakame

Steps

  1. 1

    Blanch vegetables and cook rice

  2. 2

    Heat oil in pot, stir fry onions till brown. Add seasoning to soup. When boiling, simmer and add beef and cook for 15 seconds, remove.

  3. 3

    Bring water to boil, add miso paste and wakame. When boiling, add tofu.
