Steps

Firstly, add one cup washed poha and 2 boiled and mashed potatoes. Add all dry ingredients.

Combine well make sure a dough is formed. Prepare a small size oval ball.

Now dip corn flour batter- and coat with bread crumbs all sides

Now shallow fry in hot oil. Fry on medium flame, flipping occasionally till it turns golden brown
- 5
Finally, serve poha culets with tomato sauce and green chutney.
