Pre heat your oven

Sieve flour with cocoa powder, bp, bs, and salt then set aside

Combine all the wet ingredients together

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well until there are no powdered particules beneath the bowl.

Scoop the mixture into a lined pan ba careful not to over fill

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
- 7
Cool on a wired rack and serve
