First in a vessel add whole wheat flour, besan & suji..Now add all dry species salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, oil & mix it well..

Now grate the bottle gourd or lauki... And mix it in the flour... & Add garlic paste..

Add little water and make a smooth batter... Cover the batter for 10 mins..

Meanwhile heat a steamer & grease a steamer plate...place the batter in the steamer plate...cover it & cook on high flame for 20-25 mins.. After done let them cool & cut into pieces...

Now heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds & seasame seeds & hing...Once they start to crackle add muthiya and mix it well & cook for 2 min.. In the last add chopped coriander.. Now muthiya is ready to serve..
