Steps

Wash the rice and soak in the water

Heat oil in a pressure cooker splutter jeera add ginger garlic paste,

Saute onions till golden brown

Add all the masala and chopped tomato cook for 2-3 minutes then add chopped potatoes

Mix them well then add soaked rice

Now add same amount of water as rice means 1 glass of water
- 7
Cover the lid when whistle about to come then switch off the flame

Open after 10 minutes. Enjoy with curd or chutney
