Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgtori(zucchini)
  • 1 tspdesi ghee
  • 1 tsphaldi (Turmeric)powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 2chopped green chilli
  • 2chopped onion
  • 2chopped tomatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a cooker and add ghee,heat it and add cumin seeds then add chopped green chilies and tomatoes saute it.

  2. 2

    Then add tori and all dry masala and covered it and gas low flame.

  3. 3

    After 15-20 minutes it will be cooked and serve it with chapati.
