Steps

In a bowl take suji, salt, yogurt, sesame seeds, baking soda and malai.

Mix well.

Make soft batter.

Keep aside for 10 mins.

Now grease the tin.

Take sufficient water in steamer and boil it.

Now take batter and check the consistency. Add water if required.

Now add eno and mix well and stir continuously till frothy and fluffy.

Immediately pour into greased in and sprinkle sesame seeds and keep it for steaming for 15 - 20 mins.

When done take out and let it cool for 5 mins.

Now prepare tadka. Heat oil add rai jeera curry leaves and green chillies.

Pour over dhokla.

Now cut and serve hot with choice of ur chutney.
