  • 1, Cup chany ki daal
  • 3, Tamater
  • 2, Piyaz
  • 4, Hari mirch
  • 1,tsp laal pissi mirch
  • 1, Tsp crushed chilli
  • 1, Tsp haldi
  • 1, Tsp dhaniya powder
  • 1, Tbsp zeera
  • 1/2, Tbsp namak
  • 1, Tbsp lehsan adrak ka paste
  • 1/2, Cup oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Sab sy pehlay palak kat ke boil kar lain uss main pani nahi dalna...halki aanch py apny hi pani main gal jaye gi

  2. 2

    Chany ki dal 20, 25 mint ke liye bhigo dain.

    Ab 2, piyaz slice main kat ke half cup oil maun light brown karain.

  4. 4

    And 1, tbsp adral lehsan ka paste dal ke thora pakayin and 3, tamater 4, hari mirch kat ke dailain and thora bonain and sath hi 2, teasp lal sabit koti hoi mirch half teasp haldi 1, teasp 1, tsp dhaniya powder dal dain.

    And 1,tbsp zeera, namak bhi dal ke masala achi tarha bhon lain. masala jab bhon lain to ubli hoi palak and bhigi hoi chany ki dal Bhi dal dain.

    Abb palak and daal masalay main mix kar ke halki aanch pay paka lain jab dal gal jaye and pani sookh jaye to hara dhaiya dal ke roti and salad ke sath serve karain.

    Salad na bhi ho to palak chanay ki daal roti ke sath and ublay howY chawelon ke sath bhi mazay ka lagta 😋😋
