For Dough- take 2 cup maida and add 1 cup of milk, yeast, salt,sugar make a soft dough and rest them 1 hour...

After 1 one hour, dough is double in size. knead properly for 10 mins and divided into 6 parts. make 6 balls.

Preheat Kadhai before 10 min on low flame. take idly mould and put some oil and arrange the buns. put some sesame seeds and apply some milk from brush...

After that cover the kadhai with lid and check in 20 mins...buns are fluffy and ready....

Put the buns outside and cover with cotton cloth and leave them for half an hour to cool...now buns are ready to eat.
