Stuffed mango kulfi

Steps

Take 2 cups of milk,give it a boil and let it reduce a bit.

Add a pinch of elaichi powder and 1-2 tsp of cornflour and custard powder in it.

Add sugar as per your taste. And add chopped cashews and almonds in it.

Add Mawa or 2 tsp of milk powder in it. And let in cool.

Now take a mango and cut it from the top and retain the cutting for later use.

Scoop the knife carefully so that the outer cover doesn't get damaged.

Use fingers to pull out mango kernel.now fill the kulfi inside it.

Cover it with the retained top and let it freeze for 5-6 hours.

Peel it carefully and cut it into thin slices. And serve it chilled.
