Steps

First grind red chillies and garlic add little water put in mixy and grind coarse paste.

Gram Dall soked 20 minutes and drain the water.

Take a bowl add rice flour, gram dall, red chilli and garlic paste, asafoetida, curry leaves, salt and water make a chappathi consistency dough.

From the dough take lemon Size ball. Take a polythene sheet Grease oil put the dough and circle it with your fingers. Do the remaining dough also.

Take a pan pour the oil is heated then 4 or 5 thattai put in the oil and cook in medium flame and turned the other side also. Thattai ready to serve.
