Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 cupmoong sprouts
  • 1 cupboiled red channa
  • 2-3 tbspfinely chopped cucumber
  • 2-3 tbspfinely chopped ivy gourd (tindi)
  • 2-3 tbspfinely chopped red bell pepper
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteBlack rock salt
  • to tasteLemon juice
  • to tasteChaat masala
  • leavesFinely chopped fresh coriander
  • Pomegranate pearls to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    In mixing bowl add sprouts moong and boiled red channa.

    Add chopped cucumber,ivy gourd, red bell pepper,salt, black rock salt, lemon juice and chaat masala. Mix well.

    Transfer in 2 serving bowls. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and pomegranate. Serve/Relish Delicious Protein Bhel immediately.
