  • 10onion chopped
  • 5tomato chopped
  • Oil
  • 3Brinjal
  • 5Green chilli
  • To tastesalt
  • 2 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 1 tspSukha dhniya

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the brinjal on low flame for 10 min

  2. 2

    After some time clean the bringel and keep a side.

  3. 3

    .take a pan add fry the onion and tomato.

  4. 4

    Add spices to taste.

  5. 5

    Add clean brijal.

  6. 6

    Ready to serve hot and garnish masala.
