Ingredients

  • Sausages
  • 1 cupflour
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspyeast
  • Black pepper
  • 1/2 tbspbutter
  • 1/2 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix ingredients to make a bit sticky batter. Leave to rise for 15mins. Then fry sausages and cut into halves each.

  2. 2

    Deflate batter and rub some oil on ur palms, then cover each half of sausage with it, coat with flour(add a pinch of salt and black pepper in it), then dip inside milk and lastly with bread crumbs of golden morn or corn flakes. Then fry until golden brown.
