Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupcorn flakes
  2. 1boiled potato finely chopped
  3. 1medium onion finely chopped
  4. 1tomato finely chopped
  5. 1 tbspred bell pepper finely chopped
  6. 1/2 Cucumber peeled and finely chopped
  7. 1 tspGinger and green chillies finely chopped
  8. 1/4 tspdry mango powder
  9. 1 tspchaat masala
  10. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  11. 1/4 tspblack salt
  12. As per taste Salt
  13. 1 tsplemon juice
  14. 5-6fresh mint leaves
  15. Some fresh coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Combine cucumber, potato, onion, tomato,bell pepper and corn flakes in a bowl and mix.

    Add dried mango powder, chaat masala, black salt, black peper powder, salt and mix.

    Now add fresh coriander leaves and mix well. Now lemon juice and mix well.

  4. 4

    Serve immediately garnished with mint leaves and coriander leaves.
