Ingredients

1 cupcoriander leaves
1 cupMethi leaves
1Boiled & Mashed potato
2bread slices
1 tbscornflour
1/4 tspchilli powder
1/4 tspCumin powder
1/4 tspPepper powder
100 gmsCheese
ForRawa -
As per taste Salt
As required Oil for frying

Steps

Mix all ingredients and knead except cheese & rawa.

Heat oil.

Take the kneaded mixture on your oiled palm, make it like katori/ball.

Stuff grated Cheese in the ball and seal it.

Roll on thin layer of rawa & deep fry till crispy.

Serve it with Tomato sauce.
