Ingredients

15 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 1 cupboiled chickpeas
  2. 1/2 tspsalt (to taste)
  3. 1medium clove garlic (optional)
  4. 2 tbspolive oil
  5. 2 tbspwater (as required)

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Measure out boiled chickpeas

    Add to blender. Peel, slice, and add one garlic clove. Add olive oil, salt, and water. Blend to make a paste.

    When required consistency is achieved, scoop out into a ramekin.

    Drizzle olive oil, or sprinkle paprika, and serve with toasted pita sticks.
