First, prepare the dough for the rolls. Combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add warm water as needed and knead to make a soft dough. Cover and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

Next, prepare the Maggi filling. Heat 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan. Add the chopped onion and green chilies, and sauté until the onions turn light pink. Add the chopped tomato and cook until soft. Stir in the Maggi seasoning and garam masala. Add water, Maggi noodles, and salt. Cook until the noodles are dry.

Divide the dough into lemon-sized balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle. Place it on a hot griddle and cook lightly on both sides, pressing gently with a cloth. Spread tomato ketchup on the cooked flatbread, then add the Maggi filling.

Roll up the flatbread with the filling and cut into pieces. Your tangy Maggi Kathi Rolls are ready to serve.
