Paneer Capsicum Masala

Marinate paneer 2 pinch salt and red chili powder turmeric powder mix well and lightly fry and keep aside

Fenugreek leaves dry roast and keep aside

Take a pan add oil add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, pepper corn, green cardamom stir add green chili and onion stir fry add cashew nut and ginger garlic stir fry to cook

Now add tomato stir fry to cook well and after cool grind fine paste

Now take a pan add oil heat add curry leaves salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder stir add grind masala stir fry to cook add some water and cook

Now add capsicum stir and cook

Now add 1/2 glass water and cook well

Now add fry paneer and cook well

Now add coriander leaves and fenugreek leaves green chili

Now add desi ghee and slow flame cook for 5minutes and flame off

Now transfer into serving bowl and garnish coriander leaves fenugreek leaves
