Steps
- 1
Wash the corn kernels and remove the excess water. Add green chillies, salt and crush the kernels in a mixer.
- 2
Cut 1 onion finely, add coriander leaves (optional).
- 3
Add besan, rice flour and rava. Crush ajwain on your palms and add to the flour. Add hot oil and mix all together. Do not add water. The water released from the corn is enough to bind it.
- 4
Heat oil and add spoonful of the batter in it. Let it turn golden on a low flame. Turn and fry till golden in colour from both the sides.
- 5
Serve hot with green chutney / tamarind chutney / ketchup.
