Whisk Together Egg, Yogurt and Oil in a bowl.

Now add Sugar and Mix.

Gradually add All purpose Flour and Whisk Slowly.

Add Baking Powder.

Leave the Whisk and Use a Spatula. Add the last amount of All Purpose Flour and Mix.

Add Vanilla Essence, Grated Nutmeg, and Salt.

Knead until a Dough Forms.

Cover the dough with a Plastic Wrap and and Put it aside For 10 Minutes.

Let's make Glaze Until the Dough is Resting. Mix together Cocoa Powder, Milk and Sugar in a bowl. The Glaze is Ready. Store it in Fridge.

Take out the Dough and Sprinke some Maida so the Dough will not Stick.

Cut out the Shape of the Doughnuts. And put it in very Hot Oil for Deep Frying. Flip the Doughnuts when the underside is Golden Brown.

Let the Doughnuts Cool down and then Put them in the Glaze.

Put the Doughnuts in the Chocolate Glaze or Enjoy it's own Rich Flavour.
