In a bowl add your flour, cornflour, and salt. Mix the ingredients together and add water slowly until you achieve lumb free smooth and thin batter.

Using a nonstick frying pan make your dough by using a paint brush to spread the batter on the hot and dry pan no oil needed until u form a flat dough allow to cook until its done,remove from the pan without turning continue for the remaining batter and pleas remain about 2 sponns of batter to be used for sticking your dough later. Set your dough aside

For the fillings pour oil into a pan then your minced meat, add grated onions and Scotch bonnet as well as the seasonings mix properly and allow to cook.

Using a knife, divide each flat dough into 4, use each one to create a cone, add the filling into the cone. Use the remaining batter to close up all spaces amd make it stick. Fry in a hot oil, flip to the other side also until its completely done. Enjoy your beef samosa
