Take a pan and heat 1 tablespoon refined oil. Now add chopped onion, stir for 2 minutes and add mashed potato in it. Add 4 tablespoons Dabeli Masala. Stir fry for 2 minutes and turn off the flame now equally spread this masala on a plate. Spread pomegranate seeds and peanut on it and keep aside. Now cut the pav in two and apply tamarind chutney and garlic chutney on both sides. Put aloo masala on it and join both pav.
Stick some sev bhujiya all around the pav. Repeat same - 2
For Dabeli Masala-- Heat a pan and add all the ingredients except powder sugar in it and stir for 2 minutes. Turn Off the Flame and keep it aside and let it cool down. Now transfer all the ingredients and powder sugar in grinding jar and grind well.Your dabeli masala is ready

For Garlic Chutney--Mix everything with water in a grinding jar and make a fine paste. Garlic chutney is ready
