Ingredients

  1. 1 cupflour
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 1 teaspoonsugar
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1 teaspoonactivated yeast
  6. 2-3 tablespoonsbutter
  7. HandfulBoiled corn
  8. 7-8garlic cloves
  9. 1/2 teaspoonchilli flakes
  10. 1/2 teaspoonmix herbs
  11. 1/2 teaspoonoregano
  12. someSome grated cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Take 1 cup of water, Add 1tablespoon sugar and dissolve it, Now add 1tablespoon activated yeast and keep it aside for 10 mins.

    Now make a dough out of 1cup maida,salt as per taste from the activated yeast water you may also add some dry flour to make a non sticky dough and cover with a damp cloth for 1hour.

    Now after 1hour when the dough is doubled add some more flour if your dough is sticky, now add 2 tablespoons of butter and mix nicely with the dough.

    Now to make garlic butter add some Finley grated garlic cloves, chilli flakes, mix herbs and some butter and mix until blends completely.

    Now make two sections out of the dough and make thick chapati out of it, now to the chapati spread some garlic butter on top, boiled corn, cheese,chilli flakes and oregano on one side.

    Now flip the other end and press the ends to close them slightly and make little cuts and bake for 15-20 mins. Now Enjoy!
