As part of my Starter / appetiser selection I’m loving putting this beautiful prawn Spanish dish! Taught to me by Pedro on our cooking live! It’s so easy and totally a winner on flavours!

As part of my Starter / appetiser selection I’m loving putting this beautiful prawn Spanish dish! Taught to me by Pedro on our cooking live! It’s so easy and totally a winner on flavours!

Heat up the oil in a pan on a medium high temperature! Whilst it’s heating! Throw all of the ingredients into a medium plastic bag.

Seal the top and give it all a good shake making sure the prawns are fully coated with the flour mixture!

Once the oil is hot enough, ie add a sprinkle of flour to the oil if it if bubbles and he temperature is right! Put in the prawns in batches ! They only take 30 seconds or so! Place on to kitchen paper then serve with mayonnaise with lemon! Delicious 😋
