Thin Potato Wedges

Homemade and purely a bliss. These are thinly sliced just for a change and then deep fried. A super quick recipe that goes well alongside Rice and Daal. A perfect simple lunch for the elderly in particular. Actually it's a favourite among my family members and can be relished on any given day with Daal of your choice. The colour is not too dark because of the less starchy Potatoes that I have used. Use spices according to your choice and preference. Happy Frying!

Wash and peel the potatoes at first. Cut the wedges real thin instead of the regular thick ones. Deep fry them in hot oil on medium high heat by stirring in between.

They will be done in almost 20 minutes or little more. Keep stirring for an even colour at regular intervals. Garnish them with a few coriander leaves.
