Ingredients

3 persons

1small Yam
3Eggs
6peppers
1middle onion
5maggia
1/2of salt
1/2of curry
1Tuna

Peel and wash the yam and to it to cook for 10 to 15 minutes

It shouldn't be to soft a d pond it roughly

Add all ingredients and mix

Make a ball shape and set oil on fire for frying
5

Crack your eggs and deep each ball into the egg before putting it inside the hot oil
6

Fry on a low heat for 5 mins enjoy with chill drink.
