Add all ingredients and knead to make soft poori dough consistency

After kneading cover it with wet cloth and set aside for 30 minutes

Then take the dough and make small equal sized balls and press it with rolling pin to make round shaped pooris

Switch on the stove, place heavy bottom pan, pour oil for deep frying, once the oil gets heated leave the poori wait till it get puffed and take out

Crispy aloo poori ready
