Karam podi... Dry roast all karam podi ingredients and cool down them then grind in mixer.

Soak suji in curd for 5 minutes.then add required water and make soft batter. Then grease mould with oil and heat idli steamer. then add soda and salt in batter and pour little batter in all mould and steam for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes demould all idli.

Heat Butter or ghee. Then add chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander.cook for 1 minutes then add karam podi.again cook for 2 minutes

Then put idli on it. Cook both side will become a crispy then flip idli and again crisp on other side. both side look crispy then serve hot.
