Soak the daal for 10-15 mins..

Chop the bitter gaurds as shown👇🏻..

Then heat oil in a cooker and add the chopped onions to it..

Then add the cumin seeds..

When the cumin seeds starts crackling add the ginger garlic paste to it..

Then add all the spices to it and mix well..

Cook for 2-3 mins then add the bitter gaurds to it and fry for 2-3 mins..

Then add the daal and cook for 2 mins..

After 2mins add some water to it...

Mix well and close the lid of the cooker..

After 2 whistles put off flame...

When pressure goes of open the lid and cook untill the water evaporates...

Then put off the flame and your daal is ready..

Serve it with chapati and salad🥗..
