Curd Rice (South Indian Style)

Cooked rice. U can cook little mushy. Bring it to room temperature.

Whisk yoghurt in a bowl. Add rice to it.mix well.

For Tempering. Take one small kadai or vagara..add ghee or oil..add mustard seeds and urad Dal.. when it starts spultering add ginger curry leaves red Chillies and in the end add green chillies and pour over curd Rice..mix well.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
