Wash and Cut the vegetable into small pieces as shown in the picture below.

Take a kadhai. Add ghee or oil in it. Add jeera (cumin seeds) then add onion and tomato and cook for 2 mins on low flame. Add all the spices and half bowl of curd and mix well. Now add aalu and shimla mirch.cover the kadhai and cook for 5-8 mins.

Serve with chapati and boondi raita.
