First Clean the moong dal. And soak it for 20 minutes.Put the dal in the pressure cooker.

Add water and turmeric powder and salt together.And cook until two whistles come.

Cook the dal softly.take tadka pan, add ghee, add cumin seeds & hing kasuri methi cook well. Then add tempering to the dal. Your dal is ready to serve.
