Mix wet ingredients

Fold wet into dry ingredients. Don't overwork the mixture. Just til combined.

Spoon into muffin tin and bake until skewer comes out clean. Note. Don't be tempted to check too early otherwise the rise on the muffin will sink! Either colour is right or past 20mins.
