Steps

Firstly boil the pototoes upto 3 whistles, drsin excess water and keep aside to cool down. Mash them roughly

Peel clean wash and chop the cabbage, onions and cauliflower. Finely chop the tomatoes and keep aside.

Take a deep pan heat oil, add jira, ginger garlic paste and saute. Add sliced onions and stir for few minutes on low flame until golden pink.

Than add sliced cabbage and stir for few minutes, than add tomatoes, sprinkle salt and let it cook.

Now add mashed potatoes and shezwan chutney. salt to taste and Mix well. Also add the spices,check and adjust as required. Turn off the flame. Finish with finely chopped coriander and keep it aside to cool down.

Now knead the roti dough with little salt and 1 teaspoon oil to it. Generally we take wheat flour and Refined flour fo frankies. But since it's non junk theme i have used only wheat flour. You can also make variations in veggies as per your choice and availability for example diced capsicum, green peas, corn kernels, etc.

Now heat tava / flat pan, pin roll roti and roast it. When roasted on both the sides, turn the flame to lowest, apply some butter on pan

Place a roll of veg stuffing in the centre and grate cheese on it.Roll up the roti and cover from both sides. W

Wrap with tissue paper if u r serving for lunchbox. Or enjoy it @home with grated cheese and some ketchup on top.
