Soak rice for half an hour

Now add 2 cup of water and wen water cums to boil add soaked rice and cover the lid and let the rice cook on medium flame till it absorbs whole water

Add tomato, switchoff the flame and cover the lid again for 10 minutes, garnish with fresh coriander
