In a kadai or pan add oil than add Garlic and saute than add green chillies and spring onions than saute for 5minutes

Now add capsicum onions and cook for 5to7 minutes.. Now add soya sauce tomato sauce and schzewan sauce and mix it properly

Now add paneer seesame seeds saute it than add corn slurry(corn flour 2tspoon mix with half cup water if want more gravy than can add more water) than add salt mix it and let it cook for 5to 7 minutes till it becomes thick

Now chilli paneer is ready serve hot and enjoy 😊
