Heat the oil in a kadhai. Add cumin and mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, chillies and onion and saute it.

Meanwhile, boil the water in a separate utensil.

Add Suji to the kadhai and stir till it turns golden brown. Now add boiled water while continuously stiring so that no lumps are formed.

Cover it with a lid and let it cook on low flame for 5 mins.

Serve it hot topped with ghee and garnish it with coriander leaves.
