Ingredients

  1. 800 gmsBonless chicken
  2. 2 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  3. 1 tablespoontandoori chicken powder
  4. 2 tablespoonall-purpose maida
  5. 2 tablespooncorn flour
  6. 2eggs
  7. 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  8. 2medium size onion roughly chopped
  9. 1medium size capsicum roughly chopped
  10. 1 tablespoontomato ketchup
  11. 2 tablespoonsoya sauce
  12. 1 teaspoonvinegar
  13. 2 tablespoonblack pepper powder
  14. 6-8 clovesgarlic finely chopped
  15. 1 tablespoongrated Ginger
  16. 2 tablespoongreen chilli sauce
  17. 1 tablespoonred chilli sauce
  18. to tasteSalt
  19. Refined oil to cook

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixing bowl and put the boneless chicken then add 1 tablespoon of black pepper powder one tablespoon of red chilli powder one tablespoon of tandoori chicken powder 1 tablespoon of soya sauce half a teaspoon of vinegar 2 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste one tablespoon of salt add the yolks of two eggs 2 tablespoon of corn flour and 2 tablespoon of maida marinated it for around 15 minutes after mixing the masala with the chicken well

    Not a cup and had a good quantity of refined oil now try the chicken pieces one by one as a deep fry on a medium to high flame once the chicken pieces get fried keep it aside.

    Now take another pan add 324 tablespoon of refined oil and chopped garlic cloves and chopped ginger and saute for a minute then add the onions fry it for another 1 to 2 minutes

    Then and capsicum and again fried for few minutes then add tomato ketchup soya sauce green chilli sauce red chilli sauce and vinegar you can add a little bit of water add little salt because don't forget that when you marinated you added a good quantity of salt so add a little bit of salt.

    Cook everything well and add the chicken pieces into the gravy now in a small bowl with a mix of 1 tablespoon of corn flour half cup of water and one teaspoon of black pepper powder mix well and put this mix into that gravy once the chicken is cooked

    Now in a low flame cooked chicken for at least 8 to 10 minutes and your tandoori chilli chicken is ready it spicy it's hot and I am sure going to love it when it is being served with egg CHOWMEIN and don't forget to check the recipe of egg CHOWMEIN in my profile
