Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add the vegetable oil and mix then pour in warm milk. Mix to form a dough. Knead it for at least 10 minutes to get a soft non sticky dough.

Place ur minced mmeat on fire. When the liquid from d meat dries out, season it with curry, seasoning cubes, garlic and some some finely grated ginger or ginger powder.

Peel and cut potatoes into cubes. Cook it until it just cooked but not too soft. Strain it and add the potatoes into the minced meat. Add some diced carrots and scotch bonnet peppers. Pour in few tablespoon of water and add some corn flour or all purpose flour into the mwat and potatoes. Your meat pie filling is ready.

Roll out the dough, use a round cutter or a bowl to cut out the round shapes. Place a tablespoon or more of filling. Rub a little water on half of the circle and close the meatpie. The water will make it stick together. Use a fork to press the edges together. Use the fork to make holes at the top so ensure steam escapes while baking

Place on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes
